Yes. We are a licensed Utah general contractor and fully insured. We are happy to share our license number and certificate of insurance on request, and you can verify our license through Utah DOPL.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Every Bergeson project carries a 1-year warranty covering both workmanship and materials. Ask us for the specifics on your project and we will walk you through exactly what it covers.
Do you take on small jobs or repairs?
We focus on full-scale projects: custom homes, commercial buildings, multi-family complexes, and major remodels and additions. For smaller jobs or quick repairs, we are happy to point you toward someone good in our network.
Do you handle both commercial and residential projects?
Yes. We have built across both for over four decades in Cache Valley. Same crew, same standards.
Do you pull permits and manage subcontractors?
Always. As your general contractor we manage permitting, scheduling, subcontractors, and inspections through Logan City and Cache County from start to finish, so you do not have to.

We frame for local snow loads, set footings below the 30-inch frost line, and build to the current Utah energy code for our cold Climate Zone 6. It costs a little more up front and saves you callbacks and heating bills for the life of the building.
